Coronavirus / COVID 19 update

The team at Grange Road Medical and Hunter Street Medical aim to keep all our patients and staff SAFE and HEALTHY during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Phone and video consultations:

are now available for all patients, to reduce the risk of spreading or catching infections at the clinic. These can be booked online or by phoning the practice. If you have a fever, cold, flu-like symptoms, cough, gastro bug, or any infection, please phone Grange Road 3281 9133 or Hunter Street 3128 0770 before making a booking or visiting.

Do not just arrive. Stay home – use the phone!

This is so we can prepare for your visit, and so you will not have to spend time in the waiting room. We have removed all toys and magazines from our waiting areas.  Please try to limit the number of family and friends that come to your appointment to one other person.

We are taking every effort to maintain a safe environment for our patients and staff by :

Using video and phone consultations whenever practical

Adhering to physical distancing guidelines

Establishing Respiratory Clinics. Patients with coughs, colds and flu-like symptoms will initially consult a doctor by telehealth, and/or see a doctor at our specific Respiratory Clinics, in a safe environment away from other patients.

We are minimising physical contact at our front desk. We prefer to use pay-pass (contactless cards) for payments, and avoid cash.
